My name is Vanda Rostás, and I am a sport psychologist and a complex integrative therapist-in-training. My practice is built on creating a secure and supportive atmosphere where you can feel truly safe to share your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, free from judgement. The therapeutic approaches I use are equally effective in an online setting; therefore, in addition to in-person consultations, I also offer online sessions.

I believe that discovering and strengthening one's inner resources is a fundamental pillar when navigating life's challenges. In our sessions, rather than focusing on 'right or wrong' outcomes, we explore the direction that best aligns with your unique situation and personal journey.
My practice is rooted in a psychodynamic, integrative approach. Beyond exploratory conversation, I incorporate relaxation and imagery techniques, elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and associative tools—all carefully tailored to meet your specific needs.
My own ongoing professional development, reflective practice, and regular supervision ensure that I am able to provide authentic and effective support for every client.
